		Prices & availability
		Net prices based on the indicated number of persons, including taxes and service charges and subject to availability. Promotion offers, for instance from hotels and insofar applicable, are already included in our individual quotations. Availability of travel arrangements and accommodation has not been checked and is not guaranteed with this offer. We can indicate availability prior to your booking. We can confirm availability after we have received and processed your booking. Child rates apply to children of 11 years or younger. Children of 12 years or older count as adults. Flighttickets apply to the cheapest seats at Thai Airways or Bangkok Airways, for maximum 20kg luggage per person. The exact flight will be determined by Thaitraveldreams and will fit well in the overall itinerary. For bookings with a value of less than 40,000 Baht (U$ 1350) a surcharge of 500 Baht (U$ 18) will be added to the booking amount. For payments in Euro no surcharge applies.
		Payments
		Payments can be done by money transfer to one of our bankaccounts in Thailand or Europe (the Netherlands). Amounts in THB (Thai Baht) or USD (US Dollar) need to be paid to our Thai bankaccount. Amounts in EUR (Euro) need to be paid to our Dutch bankaccount. For payments in EUR or USD the invoice amount, corrected according the below mentioned exchange rate clause if applicable, is the amount that need to be transferred to our bank account. Costs for international money transfers that your bank will charge you are not included in our prices. These costs are for you.
		Credit card
		Payments can also be done by creditcard. In that case a surcharge of 6% applies. If you want to pay with creditcard then please let us know. We will then send you a hyperlink to our secure site, where the payment can be made.
		Exchange rate clause for payments in $ or €
		Our prices are principally in Baht and we prefer that payments are made in Thai Baht to our Thai bankaccount. We offer the possibility to pay in Euro or USD as an additional service and at the actual exchange rate on the date of payment, because effects of exchange rate fluctuations are not included in our prices. All amounts in Euro are valid for payments on days that the exchange rate is 40 Baht per Euro or higher. All amounts in USD are valid for payments on days that the exchange rate is 30 Baht per USD or higher. For payments on days that the exchange rate is lower than these values, the amounts need to be recalculated as follows: Amount to be paid in Euro = 40 / exchange rate on day of payment x Quoted amount in Euro Amount to be paid in USD = 30 / exchange rate on day of payment x Quoted amount in USD Prices in Thai Baht are NOT subject to an exchange rate clause. If you prefer, then you can always pay in Baht to our Thai bankaccount.
		Payment terms
		Payments need to be made in 2 installments: 1. A downpayment of 10% + costs for flight- and traintickets (minimum 4,000 Baht or U$150 or € 100), to be paid latest 2 weeks after our confirmation; 2. The total amount needs to be received by us latest 30 days (40 days for bookings in peak periods) before start of the tour; Costs for flight- and traintickets are included in the downpayment. The downpayment is non refundable. Flighttickets will be purchased after receipt of your downpayment and sent to you by email. Peakperiods are from 10-Dec-10 t/m 15-Jan-11 for all destinations in Thailand, from 16-Jan-11 till 30-Apr-11 for all beach destinations and from 1-Jul-11 till 15-Sep-11 for the Koh Samui islands. Peakperiods for other destinations will be mentioned in our price quotations. In case you want to book a tour within 30 days (50 days for peakperiods) before start of your tour then the full booking amount needs to be received by us on a date which will be mentioned in the invoice. It is also possible to pay 70% of the invoice amount in advance, by means of a downpayment + a second payment, and the remaining 30% upon arrival at Bangkok Airport. In that case a surcharge of 1000 Baht (U$ 30 or € 25) applies because we have to send one of our trusted employees to Bangkok Airport to collect the remaining payment in cash.
		Costs for cancellations
		Cost for cancellations are mentioned below. - The downpayment amount for cancellations more than 30 days before start of the tour (40 days for bookings in peak periods); - The downpayment + 20% of the invoice amount for cancellations between 20 and 29 days before start of the tour (peak periods 30 - 39 days); - The downpayment + 40% of the invoice amount for cancellations between 10 and 19 days before start of the tour (peak periods 20 - 29 days); - The downpayment + 70% of the invoice amount for cancellations between 4 and 9 days before start of the tour (peak periods 15 - 19 days); - 100% of the invoice amount for cancellations 3 days or less before start of your journey and for no show (peak periods 14 days); We recommend that you book a travel- and cancellation insurance at the moment that you book your tour. Flighttickets Changing your flight after the ticket has been issued will be subject to availability of the new flight. For each change a fee of minimum 1000 Baht (U$ 35 or € 25) and maximum the full ticketprice + the price difference with the new ticket will be charged. For cancellation of your flight a fee of minimum 1000 Baht (U$ 35 or € 25) and maximum the full ticketprice will be charged. Upon your request we will indicate the costs and refund amounts prior to making the changes. Any remainder of the ticketprice will be refunded to you within 3 months after the cancellation. In order to receive the refund, we need your passport data and photocopy of the photo page. Traintickets Traintickets in Thailand can be purchased maximum 2 months prior to the travel date and will be purchased by Thaitraveldreams on the first day of availability, to secure your journey (trains can be fully booked long in advance, especially in high season). Traintickets are non refundable.
		How to book your journey
		If you agree to this itinerary then you can book by email. We will then start making all the reservations. Depending on availability, we normally send you the confirmation within 1 - 2 weeks (faster for last minute bookings), together with the invoice and payment details.
		Validity of our quotations
		Prices are valid until 14 days after the date of issue but not later than the last day of the month in which the quotation was issued. If you want to book after the validity of our quotation has expired, then we will send you a new quotation in advance.
